How to Invite the Choir to Sing

We always look forward to making new friends with our music. A visit by The Boeing Employees Choir is a special way to entertain guests at your banquet or convention opening.

This 1993 picture was taken at Seattle's famed Museum of Flight, where we often sing for banquets and receptions.

We have given memorable performances to numerous conventions and banquets, and always receive standing ovations with a varied program of humorous and heartwarming music. See Why is our choir perfect to entertain at your event?

The choir asks venue planners to support its activities by paying honoraria. The fee depends on the size of the audience and the purpose of the event. We have set a minimum fee for church and other charitable groups. These fees may qualify as tax deductible expenses. The choir is a federally-recognized 501c(3) non-profit organization. See the Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQ) page for more information.

If you wish to book a concert or have questions about our performances or our schedules, we encourage you send e-mail. Note that we try to fill our schedule about a year in advance, not only for the convenience of venue planners but to accommodate the busy lives of our singers. The Christmas season is an especially busy time of year and must usually be booked at least a year early.

For information about concert schedules and bookings, send e-mail inquiries to our Scheduling Vice President, or you can contact our President (remove "NOSPAM" from email addresses before sending).
